Author, with BTK Smith, of 'Early English Philatelic Literature 1862-65' [1912]. Issued privately in 1919 'Philatelic Literature Collecting in 1864-79'. President Aberdeen and North of Scotland P.S. RDP 1921. Bequeathed his collection of philatelic literature to Aberdeen University.
