Ronald Cecil Alcock was a British stamp dealer and philatelic publisher known for writing and publishing various works in UK philately. In many of his works, he collaborated with Captain Frank Holland.
He was an expert on the early postmarks and stamps of Victorian Britain and trade as R.C. Alcock Ltd. He was based at 11 Regent Street, Cheltenham, England. Later in the 1970s, A.R. Alcock and Rose Titford ran an associated business from 11 Regent Street known as 'Colonial & Foreign Stamp Co. Ltd.'
