Wrote 'History of the Revenue Stamps of Mexico' [1890], 'The Embossed Deed Stamps of Great Britain' [1893], 'The Compound Stamps (Postage and Revenue) of Great Britain' [1894], and 'Handbook of the Revenue Stamps of Great Britain and Ireland' [1894].
